CULTURE

What are you creating?

These are too important to leave to off-the-shelf solutions.

They deserve the most creative energy you can bring to them.

That's where we come in.

Culture: On Purpose

At the core of every organization is the workforce.

Are your employees connected and thriving...

or do things feel ambivalent

Are your meetings productive and energizing...

or have they become boring and ineffective

 Are communications clear and aligned...

or are they strained

Has the spark fizzled?

Don't let inattention to cultural health be in the way of the future you want.

Cultural Health Assessment

This 3 month process is designed to surface areas that need your attention and to set you on a path to create the culture you want.

Just like annual physicals, financial audits, and quality control checks, a cultural health assessment:

  • identifies issues early, before they become hindrances to performance;

  • provides insights to enhance performance; and

  • surfaces challenges in the alignment of culture and strategy.

Cultural Strategic Plan (CuSP)

Starting with a cultural health assessment, designing a CuSP will ensure your organization has a plan for creating the workplace that best reflects your goals.
