Leading with Presence is an engaging and interactive workshop series centered on nine core practices every leader needs for managing in today’s workplace. Each skillset is presented individually through live, remote group workshops to allow participants to customize their training plan.

Designed for new managers needing to learn the fundamentals of leadership and practiced leaders wanting to refresh their knowledge base.
All leaders are welcome.

Packages of 3 or more sessions include individual coaching to help participants integrate concepts into their leadership practice.
Class size limited to 15 participants.
